[電腦懸案]iTunes啟動出現錯誤"AppName: itunes.exe AppVer: 7.6.2.9 ModName: unknown ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 6975515c"

朋友買了iPhone 4後,安裝了itunes,但一直出現錯誤
AppName: itunes.exe AppVer: 7.6.2.9 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 6975515c

查了一堆資料,網路也找了一堆資料
看了Apple官網的資料:
安装 iTunes（Windows 版）或 QuickTime（Windows 版）时遇到问题
在 Windows XP 中使用 MSCONFIG 对冲突进行故障诊断
反安裝了無數次...都無用...囧rz

看到有人利用這方式解決:

C:\Documents and Settings\帳號名稱\Application Data\Apple Computer

整個目錄砍掉 , 重啟 iTune (會要求選擇資料庫)
==>C:\Documents and Settings\帳號名稱\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Library.itl

也有對岸網站用這種方式解決:

看这里C:\Documents and Settings\?\My Documents\My Music\iTunes/iTunes Library.itl(把iTunes Library.itl删除?是你用户名)把iTunes删掉后重启,点开始,运行,输入regsvr32 vbscript.dll回车后会提示一个成功消息,然后再安装就可以!前提是iTunes和影音风暴和暴风影音有冲突，必须要把这两个软件删除

但對我都沒用.....(火大)
最後在Apple的討論區找到一點端倪...

I finally figured it out. I had to make sure EVERY last component of QT was uninstalled. First I uninstalled QT Alternative. Then I had to go into my system32 folder and get rid of the rest of the QT stuff, and I had to go into the registry and delete the QT entries. Then I deleted the QT folder from Program Files, and only then did it allow me to uninstall QT without getting the fatal error.

Then I did the repair install, and it finally worked.
Thanks so much for your help, I wouldn't have figured it out without you!

Cameron 似乎是QuickTime造成的問題,
按照說明
1.把QuickTime移除,過程中卻告訴我[發生嚴重錯誤]....TMD死蘋果
然後利用網路找到的資料順利移除:

當使用Quick Time自帶的uninstall 或使用 控制台/新增移除程式

移除至最後步驟時，就當掉，可嚐試以下的做法：

※ 使用搜尋功能，找『QuickTime.qts』這個檔案，它有可能存在於：
　 1. C:\Windows\system32
　 2. C:\Program Files\QuickTime\QTSystem
※ 將找到的檔案，更換名稱(比較保險的做法)
※ 再使用 控制台/新增移除程式 移除掉Quick Time

2.進入C:\WINDOWS\system32把Quick Time資料夾移除
3.開始-->執行-->輸入regedit..搜尋QuickTime,把相關登錄檔刪除(太多了,我殺到一半懶的殺)
4.到C:\Program Files\刪除QuickTime資料夾
(以上的步驟都是確保下次重新安裝QuickTime時是個乾淨的系統,沒有受到舊QuickTime資料的影響)

然後重新開機,執行iTunes,因為沒有QuickTime,系統要我重新安裝iTunes
移除原有的iTunes,重新安裝iTunes....搞定!!!!!!!!!!!
